All our triathlon events are run under British Triathlon rules:

All types of headphones are banned from Triathlon events in line with British Triathlon rules. This includes in the transition area before and after the event.

If there is a specific cut off time, it will be on the relevant event page.

For all non-running events (Triathlon, Duathlon, Aquathlon) there will be an area in transition for baggage.

Any event over SuperSprint distance will have a water station on the run course. Events longer than 100k will also have a drink station on the bike course. More information regarding this will be on the final event information that is emailed out 10 days prior to the event day.
