In ear and over ear headphones are strictly not permitted at any ATW events. Bone conducting headphones are permitted at running events, unless stated on the event page.
Is there a cut off time?
If there is a specific cut off time, it will be on the relevant event page.
Is there a baggage area?
For running events, ATW will always make the provision of a baggage area, even if it is only an informal area at registration.
Will there be a feed/water station?
Any running event over 5 miles will have a water station. More information regarding this will be on the final event information that is emailed out 10 days prior to the event day.
