ATW Transfer & Refund Policy

If you find that you are unable to (or simply don’t want to) take part due to pregnancy, you can defer or transfer to any other future ATW event, up to 48hrs before the event, simply follow the ATW Transfer & Refund Policy link above.

The detailed race information including maps, details on parking, registration, baggage and start times will be e-mailed out to participants approximately 10 days before the event date. This sometimes ends up in junk mail so please keep an eye out for it!

All finishers will receive a custom made, themed medal at the end of the race.

Race numbers will not be posted out in advance of the race. Race numbers can be collected from Race HQ on the day of the event.

Dogs are not allowed at the following events/venues:
-Merchants Taylors School
-ATW Oundle Triathlon / ATW Oundle -Children’s Triathlon
-Mallory Park
(Assistance dogs are allowed at all events).

We do request that dogs are kept on leads at all times and that you clean up after them.

If there is a specific cut off time, it will be on the relevant event page.

Any running event over 5 miles and Triathlon/Duathlon event longer than a Sprint distance will have a water station. More information regarding the location of this will be on the final event information that is emailed out 10 days prior to the event day.

Guide runners/race assistants can enter free of charge. Please contact us on email and we will send you a voucher code.
